	McGregor Lake is a man-made 40 kilometre long lake located east of Vulcan popular for camping, picnicking, swimming, boating, canoeing, birdwatching, water skiing, fishing and ice fishing. [ more information ]
	Star Trek Station is an information centre for travelers which also doubles as a popular attraction, "point of interest" in the community of Vulcan celebrating the Start Trek television series and Mr. Spock's home planet of Vulcan. [ more information ]
Badger Lake is a year round fishing, camping and canoeing destination located northeast of Lamond. The lake also includes a campground, boat docks and picnic area.
Carmangay Tipi Rings is a day use recreation area located west of the village of Carmangay (south of Vulcan) with an opportunity to explore the history of the early First Nation people who once hunted and lived in the region.
Star Trek Walking Tour is an opportunity to sightsee the community of Vulcan while also visiting with Star Trek themes. There are Star Trek murals, a Starship, a water park, street names and even a stamp at the local post office.
