Camrose, Alberta, Canada : Rotary Park
The park is located on the southern tip of Mirror Lake and is part of the Stoney Creek Valley network of parks. The network of parks in the Stoney Creek Valley are connected together by a paved and gravel recreation trail system.
The 3 kilometres of paved trails circling Mirror Lake connect the greenspace parks of Grand Drive Park, Mirror Lake Park and Rotary Park together.
During the summer Rotary Park is a destination for walking, sightseeing, birdwatching, jogging, biking and roller blading. During the winter the trail in the park becomes a xc skiing route.
There are large grass lawns for picnicking, frisbee and playing catch... and there is a playground for family time fun plus a few sitting benches for sightseeing and birdwatching.
How to Get to Rotary Park:
Travel to Camrose, Alberta, Canada. From Main Street in downtown Camrose travel south to the intersection of 50th Street and 48th Avenue. Then travel a short distance west on 48th Avenue. On your left is the fountain and Rotary Park.
